The Gary Lutheran Church Befrienders was awarded a $2,000.00 donation from Talc USA and Valley Plains Equipment. The donation is part of the Talc USA’s Green Cup Promotion between a Talc USA dealer and Farmer Customer. Valley Plains Equipment from Hunter, ND sold a pale of talc to Blair Karges from Oriska, ND and located inside the pale of talc was a green measuring cup. The customer is awarded $ 500 for purchases at the dealership and the selling dealer is awarded $2,000 to be given to a charity or organization of their choice. Valley Plains Equipment chose the Gary Lutheran Church Befrienders to receive the $ 2,000 donation. The Gary Lutheran Church Befrienders helps local individuals or families in need. Talc USA has been helping local communities and has awarded over $ 20,000 with the Green Cup Promotion over the last five years.
